HLP or HVLP Hydraulic Oil: What to Include in Your Order

Start with the machine make and model, the hydraulic system or component, and the exact requirement from its manual. Record the stated grade and any named specification as written. HLP and HVLP are product descriptions in the ALFA catalog, but a similar name or viscosity number alone does not establish that two products are interchangeable for your equipment.

Specify the quantity and one exact preferred pack size for each item. A 200 L drum and a 208 L drum are different quantities, just as a 4 L bottle differs from a 5 L bottle. Include the delivery country and city or port, the timing you need, and whether your list contains other products. A clear list makes a mixed commercial quotation easier to check.

If your procurement process requires a TDS, SDS, equipment approval or batch document, name the document and the product reference.
